Four roll crusher is a kind of medium and fine crushing machine of simple structure,reliable performance.It is mainly used in medium hardness materials such as limestone,clay shale, chalk,brick,slag,clinker,feldspar,coke etc.It applies to cement chemical industry,electric power,metallurgy,construction,refractory and other industrial department including limestone,slag,coke,coal,steel slag etc. Roller crusher is mainly made up of roller wheels, roller support bearings, clamping and regulation devices and drive devices.
Four roller crusher Working principle :
Four roller crusher is fixed with four high-strength resistant alloy grinding rolls. Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material. Firstly the material enters into the space between the topside two rolls. Here, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (thick broken) because of the rotation of the topside two rolls. Then, it is secondly extruded and gnawingly milled (fine crushing) by the middle two rolls which are relatively rotating. Finally, under the extrusion, cut and mill of the next two rolls, the material becomes the required size ,sent by the transport equipment.
