The double teeth roller crusher consists of gearing, frame part, crushing roller, mechanical spring and the linkgear etc.

The machine has advantages of small volume, big crushing ratio (5-8), low noise, simple structure and convenient maintenance. It is also feasured by high productivity, even particles of crushed materials, low extra-crushing rate, sensitive overload protection and reliable safety.

The double teeth roller crusher can be applied for crushing in the industry of coal, metallurgy, mine, chemical industry and building materials etc. It is more suitable for crushing raw coal or coal gangue of large coal mine. Double teeth roller crusher is of mechanical spring type (2PGC). It can be installed with thick teeth roller or middle teeth roller respectively according to the material properties.

Double teeth roller crusher is mainly used for crushing rocks of medium or lower rigidity, such as coking coal, agglonerate, limestone, and so on. It is most suitable for the mid-crushing and fine crushing work in non-metal mines of medium and small scale and chemical industries. The smalllest discharge granularity could be less than 100 meshes.

Compared with the low-speed squeezing to crush of traditional teeth roller crusher, double teeth roller crusher mainly crushes materials by high speed rotating of special wear-resisting teeth roller, which forms the high productive mechanism.

The motor drives the fixed roller and movable roller to work via reducer and coupling. Materials are put into the space between the two rollers via the feed entrance. As the two rollers inward turning, the input materials are crushed, pressed, ground, and at last come out from the base of the machine.
