This series of crushers has been developed and improved by incorporating the advantages of the technology from both at home and abroad so that the structural design will be further optimized. The features of rational combination design of three crushing chambers, novel adjusting mechanism,effective control of uniformity of the product fineness easy access fir maintenance have made the hammar and screen plates replaced more easily.

Working principle

When fine crusher works, with the help of the motor, the third-generation sand making machine’s rotor rotates fast, the material is crushed by the shock of rotor’s hammer in the first crushing zone, and being crushed in the second fine crushing zone, then discharged from the output.

1. Super-fineness crushing capability: The new particle size adjusting mechanism guarantees 85% of the particles controlled within 3mm;

2. High-efficient and energy-saving: 40% power consumption reduced at equivalent output;

3. Extra long life: hammer heads are made of new type of high quality alloy materials with multiple elements and can be turned for use thus to prolong the service life by 4 times.

5. Easy Maintenance: The rear cover of the upper machine frame can be hydraulically (hand)-opened to make the maintenance much easier. 

Application

High Efficiency Fine Crusher isused for fine crushing medium hard materials in concrete industry, such as limestone, plaster, clinker, mixed material, calcium phosphide, dolomite, and pearl ore, etc. Impact Fine crusher is also applicable to building material, fertilizer, mine and fireproofing material industries.
