Double Roll Crusher

Gongyi Huashengming Machinery Factory engaged in manufacturing first-class double roll crusher for 18 years.Double roll crusher is also called roll crusher, two roll crusher, double teeth roll crusher etc. Double roll crusher bite material into crushing area through roller friction, material was crushed by squeezing and fracturing of machine. When it is used in coarse crushing or crushing ratio increases, roller surface are usual teeth or groove in order to increase fracturing effect.

In recent years, double roll crusher from Huashengming is widely used in crushing of steel slag. Steel slag crushed by double roll crusher is greatly reduced the ball mill’s grinding ability, and improve steel slag processing plant economic benefits. Double roll crusher is also used in sand making plant. If material is harder, we recommend double roll crusher firstly because of less quick-wear part which is only roller surface. Application:

Double roll crusher applies to cement, chemical industry, electric industry, metallurgy, construction, refractory material etc. It is usually used in middle and fine crushing stage to crush medium hardness materials including limestone, coke, coal, gravel, gypsum, ores, mine refuse, furnace slag, steel slag etc.

Structure and working principle:

Double roll crusher consists of roll wheel, roll bearing, pressing device, adjusting device and driving device etc.
Discharging size adjustment: between two roller equipped with cuneate or gasket adjusting device, top of the wedge device capped with adjustment bolts. When the adjustment bolts pull upward wedge which will bear against the fixed wheel to make it deviate from the movable roller wheel, then the gap between wheels become large, discharging size become bigger, otherwise the opposite, gasket device is through the quantity or thickness to adjust the materials size. When adding gaskets the gap between wheels become large, when reducing gaskets the gap between wheels become small, so the discharging size becomes small. Driving structure is two motors through triangle belt drive to grooved pulley which drag roller rotating according to relative direction. In crushing stage, material is broken by roll wheel; final product is discharged from chassis. For safety, transmission part should be installed safety guard according to actual situation.

Roll design:

Roll shells are available in a variety of alloys for processing the feed material. The roll surface may include various crushing elements, such as intermeshing teeth and smooth faced-all designed to readily grab the feed material and reduce it to desired product size with minimum fines. In addition to the standard roll shells, roll segments can be provided for certain applications.

Double roll crusher to pay attention to the following:

1.Strengthen iron ore’s removing process. Non-broken material fall into the roll will damage crusher, and cause stopping accident. Before crushing, iron ore removing device should be installed.
2.Viscous material will cause jam in the crushing chamber easily. When dealing with jam, operator should stop machine not in the running process.
3.When dealing with large materials, we should note that large ore easily squeezed out from break room prevent injury happened or damage equipment.
4.After long time running of roll crusher, over fine granularity may be happened because of wear and tear of roller surface, then users should pay attention to adjusting discharging area or examining and repairing equipments.
5.Strengthen inspection of equipment, fill grease to lubrication part on time, keep equipment in a good lubrication state.
